Supercar 3Rs were designed to go with the ZLE, when I drove them I would get onto the track at 29psi. A lap and a half ish I would hit 30psi and that’s when it was go time. After 36psi they’ll start to fall off but that was generally about the time a 20 minute session ended.

Pros: optimal performance at 30psi
Cons: performance drops after 36psi

I drove the Vector gen3 for two winters just because they came almost brand new with my car. I am a very calm and mindful driver and my suv is 150hp (awd) and top speed 170 km/h, so the performance never felt lacking , including druring blizzards and on shiny slippery ice. That's with my driving style and without mountains, mostly flat roads. But I feel that if you constantly push them to the limit, you may get mixed results. Especially on compacted snow with frozen tire tracks, it can be quite unsettling experience. I think the excellent awd made it feel sufficient, but I never felt completely stable and completely safe. All-seasons are usually a bearable compromise and aren't excellent at anything. This Goodyear felt rather solid and just the fact I could drive in 40C and highway speeds, and in -15C in snow is very impressive. BUT at only 3 years old they were already dry rotting and all cracked, to the point one started leaking through the sidewall. Tread wear was also very rapid. The Goodyear had so much noise, including some vibrations and even a loud roar at high(er) speed. I honestly thought it might be my rear diff indicating it wants an oil change. I didn't know it was all just from the tires. Now I only hear some slight wind and nothing else. I guess the all-season compound baked during the summer and lost its qualities, just as the winter compound would.

Pros: good performance in blizzards/ice, drives in extreme temperatures
Cons: unsettling on compacted snow, not completely stable/safe, dry rotting at 3 years, rapid tread wear,

Mine was the same way with those tires. I have the Goodyear ElectricDrive 2’s now and it helped a bunch. Quieter, smoother ride, grippier, slippage off the line is no longer an issue, and any loss of efficiency is negligible.

Pros: quieter, smoother ride, grippier, no slippage, negligible efficiency loss

We moved to a new set of Goodyear Comfortdrive's and immediately dropped 0.4mi/kwh efficiency (which has stayed consistent over the 700 miles that we've put on them). That is to say, our 'new normal' is 3.6mi/kwh.

Pros: consistent efficiency
Cons: dropped efficiency
Mileage: 700 km

Duratracs on my excursion always because I traveled a lot in the snow and ice in Wyoming, beat anything else I tried, until it got muddy or rainy. They wouldn't clean out for shit, didn't seem like enough swiping but that was the older version of them. All my ranch vehicles ran them and I had zero issue, snow, sand, rocks just sucked in mud or rainy asphalt.

Pros: excellent in snow/ice, good in sand/rocks
Cons: poor in mud/rain, wouldn't clean out

I actually didn't hate them on jeeps I've had in the past. Both my tj and xj had them. Iirc they were a 45k tire. Did ok in the ice and snow, but not excellent. Honestly they were pretty ok tires. With reasonable care, they Delt with slush and light snow pretty well when above the bottom 1/3 of the Tread. Ice was so-so, Reasonable enough to stop my xj without abs. They did pretty good off road, good enough to keep up with a stock or lightly modded jeep, and would probably tackle trails fine with careful lines and good technique. They fell flat in the wet. They were a little bit slick in the rain on pavement, and would turn into a grease ball in the mud.... But they weren't a mud tire. I bet they would be A perfectly reasonable choice for anybody living south of Iowa, or out west. Within reason they were just fine in Minnesota as well.

Pros: ok in ice/snow, good off-road, reasonable stopping
Cons: fell flat in wet, slick in rain, grease ball in mud
Mileage: 45000 km
