My Carvana car needed new tires and brake pads, and the rotors resurfaced on my brakes. I took it to Firestone at Silverrock’s request. They did all of the claim stuff for me, were very professional and had my car done within 6 hours. No complaints here

I did have an defective brake pad one time that was rattling around in the caliper. I had the brakes done in Ohio and had it fixed in Massachusetts.

Cons: defective, rattling around
