I currently have energy suspension bushings all around on my 69 Camaro. Lube them up well when you install them and they won't squeak. It will ride a bit firmer as it won't absorb road imperfections like the rubber bushings do.
Pros: no squeaks (with lube)
Cons: firmer ride
