Both oil prices seem reasonable, depending on the brand they actually gave you. The oil filter is overpriced.

Use a brand name, high quality oil, Pennzoil, Mobil 1 Castrol, etc. always change your oil filter and crush washer too, using OEM Hyundai filters or WIX! Mahle and Denso oil filters are also acceptable.
I like the Denso filters from RockAuto.
I will always use nothing else except the denso made OEM filter. The flow rate, the drain back, or lack of one, is perfect for this engine.
I buy Wix or Denso on RockAuto
I’ve been using Mobil 1 ESP and Denso filters since replacing the engine. Will let you know how it holds up in ~100k.
I run densos on all my vehicles, including my built turbo charged Tacoma. No problems.
