I replaced mine with a continental. Still going strong.
Pros: reliable performance
I bought the continental from RockAuto a ways back, zero issues and great quality.

It turns out the pump (shown mounted) is the wrong size for the factory pulley ! The pulley cannot attach -- too much play and holes don't line up. Compare with old pump (shown on the ground) where the bearing is wider and fits snuggly to the pulley.

the alu pumps are not designed for the n54, they arent as powerful as the plastic ones and can cause overheating.

Cons: frequent failures, cracked easily
