Champion Engine radiator

Sitting in -35 degrees wasn’t fun with a Champion radiator. Went back to OEM and replaced the thermostat. To any of you guys that have a All Aluminum rad, have you had an issue with not being able to reach operating temperature? I had a brutal drive home not being able to get any heat or defrost

Cons: couldn’t reach operating temperature, no heat or defrost
Vehicle: Toyota
