I let the smacking and smearing go a year and then broke down and splurged on Bosch PrimeACTIVEs. Very happy so far. Was $80 for the pair though.

I bought Bosch aerotwins a year ago. They were great for a while and then started jittering. I really don't like the jittering sound

I almost always run Bosch Icons. I hate when wipers streak so in the winter I have to replace them every few months and keep the best one for a spare on the road if needed.

Just buy the expensive Bosch blades, and they will let forever. I've had mine for 5 years now. Not a single issue. Wish I had learned of these earlier in life
