I installed B6 struts on all four corners, top mounts, end links, and new bump stops. The suspension arms were in good shape and didn't actually need to be replaced. My car has been garage-kept and has 47k miles on it, which might explain why the rubber was in decent shape. My bump stops looked much like yours, and when I took out the front struts, I could compress them with my hands. I was basically riding on the front springs with no dampening. With the new struts, the ride is much better, and the car feels excellent over bumps. The B6 struts aren't super stiff (about 20% stiffer than B4), and the ride is similar to a factory with OEM springs.

Difference with the new b4s was night and day vs the 20 year old ones.
My runner is a 22 but still loving my Bilsteins and setup!
They are pretty close to the stock shocks, just like 10/15% stiffer.. I honestly ride speed bumps much faster in the 8 (regular 18" on non XL Michelin PS4) than with a 2024 Yaris with 16" lol.
I did .75 inch level with Bilstein 5100, stock wheels. Looks good and correct.
I would highly recommend the 5160 in the rear. Matches the front performance better. I took my 5100 out in a month and replaced with 5160 and didn’t look back.
Bilstein 5100s are mid range and work great.
Bilstein are consistently ranked as the most reliable/best feeling in nearly every single price range. Cheap and very reliable
I'm running Bilstein on the rear with the quadralift airbags. Seems to be a decent match.
I used Bilstein OE VDC shocks (same spec as BMW OEM). The FRONT ride is extremely rough and harsh on small bumps. Feels like: the front suspension has almost no travel, every road imperfection hits hard, the front is much stiffer than it should be, and the rear feels normal/comfortable.
