I'm going to use [this kit](https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/mini-oil-change-kit-5w-40-liqui-moly-molygen-11427512446kt-lm) in our R52(base model) we just got. I use the same oil in our R57s, and the Purflux filter(OEM?). When you change your oil you send back the used oil, filter, gasket and drain plug/washer and get a full refund credit to purchase parts or your next oil change kit, after the first one. That kit uses a Mann filter. They are a good brand, used them for years in my VWs

I run these on my 2010 jcw (Cooper Zeon RS3-G1™ ) and really like them. Live in Canada and they were much better than I expected in winter. Didn’t even put on my winter tires.
I ditched the runflats and got Michelin pilot sport 5s. Best thing I ever did
I just swapped my JCW from run flats to Michelin Pilot Sports and it’s SOOOO much better.
I have the same CrossClimate 2 tires on my R60. Love them.
Good move! I’ve got 4 of those baby’s waiting for the new Clubman to arrive. Great tires. Noise reduces after a 1000 or so. Fantastic any time of year but especially in snow and rain.
Replaced with Firehawk Indy 500s. Quiet, super-grippy, predictable.
I did the same and got the same tires, cross climate 2. Ride is so much smoother over potholes and bumps.
You're probably better running premium fuel and oil rather than using additives. Stick with Shell V-Power and Shell Helix/Castrol EDGE and ditch the Redex.
At 10K on the ticker they said my wife's 21 F57 JCW needed new brake pads all around, would only cost around $4k. I of course said nope, the wear sensors hadn't been tripped or anything. Then when it went back a year later just before the "free maintenance" ran out and car now has 16K on it, they said the brake pads were "worn but fine". Apparently her brake pads miraculously added to themselves over the last 6K.
