I'm probably gonna go with the reman Denso unit from Rockauto.

Running DBA 4000 SX rotors f/r on my '05. Stock calipers.

Replaced it with mishimoto and haven't looked back. Holds much more coolant that OEM and does a much better job cooling.

just replaced rad and all soft and hardlines with oem hoses and koyo rad. gives me a lot of reassurance in this LA heat. Great upgrade

The Koyo Rad needs it's own custom cap as the OEM won't fit but man does track city daily without issue and fits OEM fans it's a must have.

I would recommend the koyo radiator with stock fans. It’s been 3 years with mine zero issues it’ll run cool in 120 desert.

Amsoil. My s2k burned just about every oil when I beat on it until I started using Amsoil.

I found Project Mu Club Racers to be decently streetable for a track pad. They do squeal a bit at less than 25 but are tolerable as long as they’re bedded in and you’re giving a decent amount of threshold pressure.

Painting the calipers on an S2000. The only long part of the job was supposed to be waiting for the paint to dry. Instead, we somehow missed the whole "left versus right" thing when reinstalling the calipers and spent the entire night trying to get the brakes bled.

Mazda 6: Some randoms from the PO to Continental DWS. Huge improvement in road noise, which is good because I spent a while searching for the lowest road noise tires that would fit the odd stock tire size. Big traction improvement too, but that was not a surprise. No handling change otherwise.

S2000: BFG g-Force to Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 - these were cheap and horrible, but lasted forever. The weak sidewall made the car squish all over the place in any maneuver reminiscent of a lane change. Very strange behavior from the steering wheel when the car would re-center itself.
