The icons just keep going and don't harden or get shredded as much, i clean them with a solvent (WD40) every few months and they are back to good as new.

Pros: good as new, long lasting

Cons: require cleaning

Just to update on this for folks still looking Bosch Icon 26OE and 17OE work perfectly, no streaks and comparable or better than OEM.

Pros: no streaks, better than OEM

Vehicle: Subaru Forester

Mileage: 150000 km

I got Bosch Icon wipers to replace them and they have the much better beam design without the metal. Pretty expensive though, but OEM are the same price. These Bosch Icon wipers seem less bulky.

Pros: better beam design, less bulky

Cons: pretty expensive

The Bosch icon and it’s not even close. The only wipers I put on my car.

Pros: best wipers, only wipers I use

Bosch Icons I work at auto parts store by far the best option I install many sets a week. I sell 99% Bosch icons.

silicone wipers work better than Bosch (their so- called tropicalized version).

Cons: less effective than silicone
