Wiper blades Bosch or OEM Volvo

I'm another backer if Bosch Icon.

Bosch Icons I work at auto parts store by far the best option I install many sets a week. I sell 99% Bosch icons.

My wipers lasted for years in the Midwest US, with just occasional wiping of the blades and windshield with some rubbing alcohol if I noticed streaking.

Bosch…..and specifically Bosch Icons are the only wipers I find don’t fall to shit. Great wiper, shame on the price.

I buy Bosch with an adapter and have no problems.

Bosch maintain contact best on curved windows and they last longer.

While the blades weren’t great, they were skipping across the windshield, especially in lighter rain. The tension was WAY off and after the tech adjusted it, I’ve been pretty solid the last 8 months. It works with the washer fluid or a car wash just fine.

I just bought the Bosch icons for my elantra. I bought the right side a few months ago as that one needed to be replaced badly. And I knew the left one would need replacing very soon so I got one tonight. The right one went on no problem however the left one's cover won't stay locked down when I place the wiper on the windshield. It kept popping out of place. I could tell there was an issue as it didn't swivel very well like the right side does. When I took it off I could see a little plastic piece kept bending out of place.

the Bosch from fcp, but the ones it said fit did not allow the cap to go back on as the opening was shaped for Valeo wipers. I returned them then found some Bosch at a junkyard barely used and grabbed the caps that fit the Bosch ones. Now I have two pairs of caps with different shaped slots so I can run either. What an annoying learning curve for such a cheap part.
