Wiper blades Bosch or OEM Volvo

Wipers is one of those things imho you get what you pay for. Bosch Icons are some of the best.

I live in a state it doesn’t rain often. Cheaper blades dry out quick. When it does rain the cheaper blades are all but useless. The Bosch’s last years.

Bosch Icons have worked for me.

I’m a big fan of Bosch wiper blades- I’ve tried a few others over the years and keep going back to Bosch- they last longer and wipe much better than others I’ve tried

I got a Bosch set from FCP Euro and one arm was the wrong size. Bosch Icon. Great wipers but I had to have them send me another one. Never had any other issues once they were the right size and installed. I have the icons on my VW as well and they work really well.

All we use at my shop are Bosch wipers. Rain-x can smd lol never had a good experience with those ones

I love it — but I’ve found that dirty/smudgy windows cause it to go wonky and full speed. I also have a tension issue with my wipers every now and then where the slower speed skips across the window when it return down to the bottom.

I changed my wipers with some new Bosch aerotwin because the old ones left streaks. I had these kind of wipers for 6 years and never had this problem. After cleaning them and trying to align the wiper blade arm, they are still skipping. The driver side one starts skipping again after a few wipes, even with windshield washer fluid.
