I've also got a 2017 VW, and like others have said, Bosch Icon OE have been great for me. They seem to last a super long time, like 3+ years in my case, and that's through a lot of Minnesota ice and snow, not just rain.

Pros: great performance, long lifespan

I got 5 years out of the stock Bosch Aerotwin on my GTI. Granted I try not to drive it in snow/ice (old truck for that) and garaged so not much freeze-thaw but still impressed the rubber didn’t degrade.

Pros: long lifespan, durable rubber

I bought the Bosch 3397014621 set and they fit! I guess I just had bad luck with the two other sets.

Following: same issue here... 2023 Jetta Sport AT. I'm using Bosh Icon blades... these work really well on all other cars.

Bosch Aerotwin would be my top pick for replacement blades, their quality and durability is very good

I just bought Bosch Icons two weeks ago and it is amazing how much better they are.
