Windshield OEM Volkswagen or CARGLASS

Een jaar of drie geleden mijn voorruit moeten laten vervangen: Carglass offerte was 800 euro, Autoglass Clinic (hebben meerdere vestigingen) was krak de helft, 400 euro, en het werk was perfect en snel uitgevoerd. Heel tevreden over.

Quando qualche anno fa una pigna nel condominio mi sfond\u00f2 il parabrezza (pagato dal condominio per fortuna!) la portai in un posto che mi pare si chiami \"Vetri auto Roma\" o qualcosa del genere, un centinaio di euro di meno rispetto a carglass, lavoro fatto benissimo ormai sono passati quasi dieci anni e il vetro \u00e8 ancora l\u00ec :D

ho sempre sentito parlare bene di carglass, anche mio padre ha dovuto cambiare pi\u00f9 volte il vetro alla sua auto e si \u00e8 sempre trovato bene

Io andai da Carglass e li trovai spettacolari. Ottimo servizio, molto rapido, tutti molto cordiali ed amichevoli ed essendomi esploso il vetro hanno pure passato l'aspirapolvere in maniera attenta e precisa per togliere tutti i cocci.

Ich persönlich würde allerdings von Carglass abraten und eine Werkstatt nehmen die auch eine Original Scheibe von einem namenhaften Hersteller verbaut.

Our 2023 ID.4 Pro S AWD is on the 4th windshield since Oct 2023. All 4 have been OEM glass. The last one is horrible … distortions.

windshield randomly cracked in the summer heatwave. No impact yet vw refuses to replace it. These are obviously defective. Don't know what course of action is appropriate but I'm not happy.

The new windshield sucked and had distortions in multiple places and around the edges. It was really inferior, irritating, and we never got used to it.

Just got my windshield replaced again for the third time because the previous two had ripples in them, now I got an OEM VW windshield installed and they told me it’s normal to have some slight waves in the windshield. I thought OE or OEM would be better but it’s kinda the same as the other non OE windshields.
