My 2002 Toyota is perfectly unharmed...

My 2001 Toyota has one 5 year old chip, and another one from a year ago. I bought the filler stuff for it 5 years ago, but never actually used it because the chip simply has not grown whatsoever. It's not an issue.

The 2024 Rav4 Prime XSE windshield is thicker. Multiple rock hits on the R4P resulted in only a small circular chip, and it doesn't crack horizontally like others.

Had the windshield of my 24 replaced because of a crack, they calibrated it and then had to come out and recalibrate it because it wouldn\u2019t;t registered on the left until I was well in to the oncoming lane. It may self calibrate, but probably poorly.

I’ve cracked two windscreens on a 2023 79 series Land Cruiser in 15,000 km of driving.

I have a 2021 Hyundai venue and on two occasions now my windshield has spontaneously cracked while parked in my driveway from the lower corners of the windshield and both are going halfway across the windshield spontaneously sitting in my driveway in California I've never had this happen in any other car I've ever owned.
