Water pump AISIN or OEM FORD

You should use Aisin or OEM water pumps.

When I do side jobs I use an aisin branded water pump and timing belt tensioner. The aisin kit is top notch.

I just had the alternator (bearing went bad) and water pump changed (coolant leaking through the weep hole). Still the original block.

The inverter water pump is a fairly common failure on the second gen Prius. The pump runs anytime the car is on, and it just wears out.

I got a water pump there for 80 dollars ford wanted to sell me for $560, I've spread the good word ever since

I bought one a couple weeks ago. It went right in and works perfectly so far. It's a really easy install too.

Used Aisin for my 2000lx.

100% oem or Aisin, I bought a knock off on amazon and it failed in 2 months.

I have a 2021 BS BB and I’m on my 3rd water pump replacement. 1st one around 20k miles, 2nd at 40k, now at the dealer with 51k miles and replacing it yet again.

Like others have suggested, either get an OEM or Aisin water pump or be prepared to make this an annual event.
