Westlake makes pretty affordable tires that should be within your budget. They perform decently well but dont last as long as a standard tire from my experience. I believe I got approximately 25k miles out of them

Pros: affordable tires, decent performance

Sava zimska guma, Mazda CX3, prošao sam svim neočišćenim ulicama metropole ćacistana, uzbrdo, po ravnom i nizbrdo, bez ikakvih problema. Samo polako i paželjivo

I'm aware these are crap, and chunking as fuck, and that they are old and a budget brand called Sava. I won't use them, cause I'm a scraddycat and don't want to risk my ass, car or family for a pair of tires, which in the long run is not that much of money in Eustern Europe where I'm at.
