Tires Sailun or COMFORSER

Sailun Tires

As someone with 180,000 on a Tesla and tried both LRR/EV/non-ev tires, YES!! So far my favorite for efficiency is the Sailun E-Range tire, second is Michelin MXM4.

Pros: good efficiency
Cons: terrible in ice/snow
Mileage: 180000 km

I have sailun e-range EV tires and they've been great for 8K miles so far. People (who don't own them) crap on these tires because they're not a big name but you can't beat the price. As far as traction, they did the trick avoiding a deer on the interstate with a hard brake and little evasive maneuver.

Pros: great traction, good price
Cons: not a big name
Mileage: 12875 km

Sailun pricing is really good, and some of the posts i have seen do indeed say range has increased. also, compared to what came on the car, the tire is indeed quieter and smoother.

Pros: quieter, smoother, increased range

Great tire, long life, smooth quiet. 80MPH, 110mile per day commute no complaints. Decent in snow and rain too (we live in northern NM). We were concerned but they are just as good or better than your average name brand tire.

Pros: long life, smooth quiet
Vehicle: Lexus

Stock Pirellis were shot, tire shop recommended Sailun. $230 a piece, Irvine, CA.

My quick-take after a week of driving:

* Turning radius at slow speeds seems better than the Pirellis. It’s easier to get into parking spaces.

* Ride feels a bit "harder", more vibrations in the cabin now.

* I charge at home to 70% and only go to work and back. Normally get home at 64% SoC, this week been coming home at 65% SoC.

* Everything else feels the same (for now).

Pros: better turning radius
Cons: harder ride, more vibrations

Personally had to replace the OEM tires on my EUV at around 24k~ miles, after a lot of back and forth I decided to get the Sailun Erange tires and I have around 1k miles on them so far and I have no complaints, I seem to be getting about the same range as before.

Pros: same range as before
Cons: had to replace OEM
Mileage: 1000 km

Can’t speak for the GT, but the WSL2 is a mediocre tire. A friend of mine used those, and they worked, but were noisy when I rode in his car. He never complained about traction though.

Pros: they worked
Cons: tire is mediocre, noisy

if you drive a lot, you can get fresh Sailun for cheaper prices, but after two years they will be hard as rock and wont do their thing anymore.

Pros: cheaper prices
Cons: hard as rock
