Have about 5k on the Vredestein quatrac pro xl, on the 17" oem wheels (alltrack s), so far I am pretty happy with them. I have driven them through some serious snow and I would say they perform noticeably better than the oem falkens. They handle the dry pretty well too. They don't squeal as much as the falkens did which is nice, I feel like overall just much better traction. These are the nicest tires I have purchased for one of my vehicles so far.

Pros: better traction, handle dry
Cons: none
Vehicle: Volkswagen
Mileage: 5000 km

I run the 220tw PZero on my MK7.5 GTI. Nevertheless, a great tire. Plenty of grip, not bad in the rain and can take the abuse of the occasional track day- I’m really surprised as to how they can handle the heat cycle and wear evenly at the track. On the street- they offer more performance than you can throw at them. Daily driving, they don’t wear as quickly as you’d expect a tire in the low 200tw range to wear.

Pros: plenty of grip, good heat cycle
Cons: none
Vehicle: Volkswagen

Vredestein Tires

we just installed a set of Vredestein Quatrac Pro tires on my sons 2005 Pontiac Vibe. He absolutely LOVES the tires!! I have ALWAYS been a strong believer in a good set of dedicated snow tire, however these tires seem to be the best of both worlds. I am seriously considering purchasing a set for my 2003 Passat W8!

Pros: absolutely loves, best of both worlds

I bought the Vredestein Quatrac Pro based on that Tire Rack review.

They are the most comfortable, satisfying feeling tires I have ever driven in my life. The ride quality, quietness, and general polished feel are unmatched. They have damn near Michelin A/S 3+ and Conti DWS06 dry and wet traction despite being about 4 performance classes down. They are actually very good in snow/ice as well. Been ripping through the Canadian winter on them with no complaints.

Pros: comfortable, satisfying feeling tires

I own a few cars that I have P Zeros on. Forget snow, when it's below about 45F or so they don't hook up, when it's below freezing they're hard, and when temps are in the single digits/teens they're downright scary.

Pros: owned on a few cars
Cons: scary in single digits

Vredestein Tires

I think you should skip the Vredstreins, they are kinda soft sidewalls and got lackluster results here in Stowe from the local tire dealers.

Cons: soft sidewalls, lackluster results
