I’ve got Pirelli Sotto Zero snow tires. Rated comparably to Blizzaks. Do fantastic in snow; we had a foot in NE Ohio and I was silly enough to go out during it. Was fine.
Switched to Pirelli Angel GT\u2019s and love them. Great grip, long lasting and warm up quickly even in cold weather.
having come from three sets of PS4’s in a row on a track-prepped IS-F, I’ve loved the stock PZero’s. Great feel, turn in, and they’ve been pretty quiet. Hell, they even got me around Austin in the snow and ice the last 2 days. Very impressed, especially considering it’s a “summer” tire.
Looks like I’ll get about 20k out of them too, not as bad as folks have warned.
That all said, they sure are pricey!!
I've got the pzero race 4s and they're great. From the reviews I read they have great grip but lose a few watts of rolling vs the pure race versions. Still very fast though. Plus they installed super easily. I'd buy them again for sure.
I switched to Pirelli P Zero Race for a rig that\u2019s set up for speed and I am really loving it.
Shitty pirellis, cinturato, and I'm mostly fine.
Can be quality of tyre as well also your driving style. If tyre have soft compound it will go down quicker. I went trough set in 6 months. Maxxis premitra 5. Good grip but my god, they disappeared day by day.
New Pirelli’s on an XC90 and I do slide a bit more than I’d have thought
I did the pirelli EV tires. So expensive, minimal gains over Michelin or others. Don't do it just don't do it. I'm not convinced EV tires aren't just another way to upcharge for tires.
The only sour note was that the factory Pirelli P6s were garbage, replaced three of them by 10k mi due to sidewall knots, broken belts, etc. Plus they were useless in the rain.
