Tires OEM Toyota or KENDA

OEM Toyota Tires

Fwd with snow tires in the winter isnt a bad option. You can't win every battle but itl do for 99% if the driving. I live in northern WI and we drive all over the place with Prius' and snow tires no problem.

Pros: not a bad option

I will add that I saw that Consumer Reports gave a surprisingly good review of the Kenda Vezda Touring 4S.

Dry braking: 4/5

Wet braking: 3/5

Handling: 3/5

Hydroplaning: 3/5

Snow traction: 4/5

Ice braking: 4/5

Ride comfort: 3/5

Noise: 4/5

Rolling resistance: 3/5

Tested tread life (Miles): 50000

Verdict: "Pros: Impressive snow and ice grip as well as dry braking performance. Cons: 50,000 mile projected tread life based on CR's test is so-so. CR's Take: A great choice if winter traction is a priority."

Pros: Impressive snow, ice grip
Cons: so-so tread life
Mileage: 50000 km

KENDA Tires

I have the AT’s on my cannon and they’ve gotten me places a cannon shouldn’t be going. Worn reasonably. Not sure how RTs go but I recommend Kenda.

Pros: worn reasonably, recommend Kenda

Not on your list but I have a set of Kenda Klever at2's on both my daily 1st gen taco and my 94 t4r trail rig. I have no complaints about either. Good on road manners and not too loud. Been good in snow and offroad as well.

Pros: good on road manners
Cons: none
Vehicle: Toyota

OEM Toyota Tires

I recently went from FWD Toyota with good tires too AWD Subaru with good tires and there is no comparison. With my FWD in the snow I would regularly lose traction in corners at very low speed, sub 5 mph going around city streets. I could not start driving on a hill if there was snow or ice.

Pros: good tires, no comparison
Cons: lose traction in corners
Vehicle: Toyota

KENDA Tires

I cant speak for the K657 specifically, but I ran a Kenda K761 rear on my CM400. I found that the Kenda tire chipped and fragmented really easily but otherwise was just an OK tire.

Pros: OK tire
Cons: chipped and fragmented easily
Vehicle: Honda

KENDA Tires

Absolutely not. Radster trail. Can't get replacement tires anywhere. Particularly the original Kenda Havok Tires that came with it.

Cons: Can't get replacement tires
