Tires OEM Chevrolet or NITTO

OEM Chevrolet Tires

Bolts tend to eat through tires faster than my other cars, but that may be because it's fun to drive, so I accelerate and corner a little faster than I do in other cars. But this is a complaint that I hear from a lot of other EV drivers too.

Pros: fun to drive
Cons: eats through tires faster

NITTO Tires

Jack of all trades and great in wet conditions (live in Florida). They look great and are lighter than the Falkens which is what made me go with them.

Pros: jack of all trades, great in wet, look great, lighter

They switched to the Terra Grappler G3s and said they were much quieter. I’ve been happy with them so far. They are definitely quieter than the Wildpeak A/T4s and lighter.

Pros: much quieter, lighter

295/60r20 Nitto Recon Grapplers on the same wheels you have, 2.5” level, 2024 f150. Love them. Ride great, look great, no rubbing.

Pros: ride great, look great
Cons: 33’s looked too small

I really enjoyed the Nitto NT555’s this time around and my only complaint was road noise. Performance was great otherwise.

Pros: great performance
Cons: road noise

Second pair of Nitto A/Ts. Great off road, great longevity, smooth ride. Wet roads and wet boat ramps are deffinetly not their stong points. They do definnetly slip even on the slightest of wet weather so unfortunately I won't be buying another set.

Pros: great off road, great longevity
Cons: slip on wet weather

I’m currently running Nitto Ridge grapplers 37x12.5x17 D-rated tires. I’m in need of a full set after about 30k miles. I do like the Nittos I am running, they are fairly quite and wheel great but I think a higher rated tire would help.

Pros: fairly quiet, wheel great
Cons: wore quickly (30k miles)
Mileage: 30000 km

I had some Nitto 305 width’s on mine briefly after buying some secondhand rims that had them equipped, and it looked great but the ride was horrible and noisy.

Pros: looked great
Cons: horrible ride, noisy

Went to a Nitto Recon Grappler in 35x11.5. Very noticeable decrease in ride quality after the swap that didn't make the wifey super happy. 5k miles later (now closer to 20k) it became the new normal. That's the tradeoff going with a big 10 ply sidewall tire.

Cons: decreased ride quality
Mileage: 20000 km
