I got a new set this year from Discount Tire. Cost me $831 total including tax for four Yokohama GTX all seasons. I’ve driven almost 4,000 miles on them so far and haven’t had an issue yet.
I run yokohama geolander X-AT286/75/r18 34.8in tire on my 2019 f150 fox 2.5 preformance 2in level. Very quiet and ride amazing. Kicks ass offroad too.
They are good summer tires. Above average for an OEM tire. I live in rural Ontario and would not use them in winter. Disclaimer: I am a dedicated winter tire guy.
For example I swear by, for the time being until they screw something up somehow, the nexen winguard winspike sport. It is an amazing tire for its price point and can be driven in all seasons as well as snow.
I thought the tires that came on the Wilderness were great in the snow for the first year at least. I live in Wisconsin
I received a quote for four Nexen N’PRIZ GX tires. I’m curious to know if they’re good tires. I’ve been driving around 10,000 km per year in my car. I’m looking for a safe and reliable tire. Does anyone have any experience with Nexen tires?
yokohama tires, work there. can assure you they don't skimp on quality. ????
Yokohama ad08rs on my Miata. The other is very good for fast driving, but it doesn't last long and is very not good in the wet
About 8,000 miles ago, bought a set of their 30,000 mile rated tires. My wife asked me to look at her front tires because they looked "worn out" to which I said "What!" The front tires look like they have gone almost 25,000 worth of wear. She only drives locally and her job is less than a mile away. I've never seen tires wear down so much from so little driving but I guess that's what you get from buying at a Mom and Pop discount place.
Don't go for yokohama advan fleva. Bad grip + noisy.
