Tires MICHELIN or YOKOHAMA

MICHELIN Tires

If I didn’t go with the Falkens I’d have went with Michelin Defenders. A co-worker just got them and loves them on his ‘23 Venza. He changed his OEM tires at 47,000 miles

Pros: loves them
Vehicle: Toyota Venza
Mileage: 47000 km

MICHELIN Tires

Dunlap tires are crap tires. If you live in the US and depending on where you live, a great all weather tire to get is Michelin Defenders.

Pros: smooth riding tire
Cons: crap tires

YOKOHAMA Tires

3: [Yokohama ADVAN Apex V601]: this is a fav of all the porsche crowd at track days as they offer about 5% less grip than a PS4S or the other two tires I listed, but they will go all day at a track day and never chunk and still get 25k miles out of them.

Pros: never chunk, long lasting
Cons: less grip
Mileage: 40233 km

I've been running PS4S on my 6mt Mk8 GTI and have been pretty happy. Great balance of road/ rain performance and comfort, but still enough grip to have fun.

Pros: great balance, enough grip
Vehicle: Volkswagen

As for wet grip, aqua planing resistance and some good comfort, the Michelin PS5 comes to mind. I have them and they're just a great tyre.

Pros: great tyre, good comfort

MICHELIN Tires

Yes.  I lost about 20% with my Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires.  It gets a little better after the tires are broken in though

Pros: gets better after break-in
Cons: lost about 20%
