Since your new one is a Vredestein Quatrac Pro+, I’d pick up another Quatrac Pro+ for the rear so both sides wear evenly and you avoid noise/vibration.

Pros: even wear, avoid noise
Cons: uneven wear, noise/vibration

Vredestein Tires

I put these on a couple weeks ago and was amazed this weekend just how well they handle in the snow and the cold. They felt a little weird for the first couple days after getting them put on, but now I never expected a rwd sports car to handle so well in the snow. Love them!

Pros: handle well in snow
Cons: felt a little weird
Vehicle: Mazda

MICHELIN Tires

I'm a fan of nokian (hakkas, and also Nordman North), but I've also used Goodyear (ultra grip), Firestone (Winter fire/Winter Force), Bridgestone (blizzak), and most recently Michelin (x-ice snow, made in Canada - elbows up!), and they've all been excellent.

Pros: they've all been excellent

MICHELIN Tires

My current one is an 18 with Michelin cross climate 2s on it. I have to intentionally make it slide in order for it to happen. I think there has been one instance that was not intentional.

Pros: intentionally make it slide

Got them on my model 3 (2020) and changed my Michelin pilot sport 4. Great grip but ooh wow what an extra road ( humming) sound. That\u2019s the only con I experience.

Pros: great grip
Cons: extra road sound

MICHELIN Tires

I currently have michelin pilot sport all season 4s on and they are at 6/32nds. And they are not very good in the rain. Is that because they are worn or is that what i should expect from them? I'm worried with winter coming now that they will really struggle in any snow. I've always run all season tires on my cars and I've been fine but I'm now worried after driving these in the rain today. Is there different all seasons I should look at getting or just new michelins?

Pros: good in snow (expected)
Cons: not good in rain, worn tread

The OEM tires - Michelin EnergySaver AS - are great for efficiency and pretty bad for everything else. Went through two sets, and both were consistently bad in rain and snow. One of the tires on the second set got ripped on the *sidewall* as it hit a pothole, and I found out later that the sidewalls were indeed a bit of weakness for them.

Pros: great for efficiency
Cons: bad in rain, weak sidewalls
