To the person who said Pilot Exaltos, they are all seasons and in my experience are pretty decent in 3-6 inches of snow. I love Exaltos and they are worth every penny IMO.

Pros: decent in snow, worth it

Continental Tires

For winter I'm running Conti DWS on 17's and they've performed well. In snow my only limitation has been ground clearance.

Pros: performed well in snow
Cons: ground clearance limitation

I went with the Continental ExtremeContact DWS for my 2008 EOS LUX, replacing the OEM Goodyear Eagles. While no snow (yet), I'm very happy with them. The car handling is significantly better and, very importantly, the squeal when accelerating is gone.

Pros: better car handling
Cons: squeal when accelerating

I can attest to the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus. They are freekin excellent: grippy, grippy and predictable in the rain, really quiet, ride nice, and the treadwear warranty can't be beat.

Pros: grippy, predictable in rain

Continental Tires

I put on a set of Continental ExtremeContact DWS in size 235/40/18 about two weeks ago. I've seen plenty of rain and so far have been really impressed with their performance in those conditions.

Pros: impressed with rain performance
Cons: steering response squishy
