Just installed on EQE SUV. OEMs were Cooper Crossrange Discoverer…they were run flats. I thought the ride quality would improve…it really didn’t, they are rather stiff too, as are all EV tires now. That said, they are growing on me. The ride is more controlled, the sounds emanating from the tires are more hushed over bumps, but you’ll feel them. The highway noise is mostly hushed, though slightly louder over coarse surfaces. I think overall this is a good tire. Hankook did their homework on this one. They do handle very well, and…this is a good looking tire as tires go.

Pros: more controlled ride, hushed sounds
Cons: rather stiff

Swapped out the 255/40 Michelin PS4 EVs for 255/45 Hankook Ion Evos. Straight away noticed they’re more comfortable and quieter. Fills the arch better too.

Pros: more comfortable, quieter

Toyo Tires

For good budget tires that last over 2 years and have ok performance for the weekend enthusiasts… Toyo Extenza HP are the way to go…. Had mine For 2 years and still have meat…and much quieter than the Nexen….

Pros: quiet, long lasting
Cons: ok performance

I put Hankook Ion Evos on my M3P with the 20" wheels. They were quieter than the pirelli summer tires buy about 2-3 dbs. When I put them on at 29,000 miles my lifetime energy use was 265. After 5,000 miles use is at 240.

Pros: quieter than Pirelli, good efficiency
Mileage: 5000 km

I agree with the Crossclimate II review. Had them for 2 winters now, and they grip just as good as the Toyo observe GSI5 winters I had, while being quieter and smoother.

Pros: quieter and smoother

I have these tires on my 2023 model 3 rwd. They handle very well in snow. We received about 8 inches of snow a few weeks ago in central PA. Minimal sliding.

Pros: handle well in snow
Cons: minimal sliding
