Ventus V12 is a really good tire. Feel great after a few thousand miles and some of the tread is gone. If you are at stock ride height and wheel ET I'd go a bit wider to 235/40 X 18. Better traction and higher handling limits.

Pros: really good tire, feel great

I had the V12 evo on my GTI and M3. They were good for the money IMO.

Pros: good for the money

from my personal experience with other Hankook branded tires and what I've read online, those V12 evo's are a great bang for the buck tire and perform as good as many tires costing ton's more money. It's what I plan on using on my Mustang once the factory junk kicks the bucket.

Pros: great bang for buck

Currently i'm running dz101's in the front, and hankook ventus v12 evo's in the rear, although i'm considering switching that around, as the hankooks seem to be much gripper than the dz's.

Pros: much gripper

It does ok but stock tires are crap in my opinion. Good all season tire like optimo 4s (had them) would do very good but I put winter tires on and it made a huge difference from the stock tires. Makes me very confident in the CC and stability does very well.

Pros: stability does very well
Cons: stock tires are crap
Vehicle: Volkswagen

I've had a set on my F150 now for over 20k km's and they aren't barely beginning to show wear. They are quiet, good in snow, light muck and great in rain and very quiet.

Pros: quiet, good in snow
Vehicle: Ford
Mileage: 20000 km

The cheapest ones I would consider were the Hankook Ventus V-12's at $199 each, many others are closer to $400 a piece including the OEM Toyo's.

Pros: cheapest ones
Cons: replacement tires price
Vehicle: Porsche

Got rid of the Hankooks on my SE V6, replaced them with Michelin Primacy with a small Discount Tire trade-in allowance. Ride is maybe a little better, expansion joint thump is a little better, but noise on all but the smoothest asphalt is bad; on concrete, it's almost intolerable.

Pros: ride a little better
Cons: noise almost intolerable
