Tires Hankook or BRIDGESTONE

Hankook Tires

Hankook Ipike for winter, put these on an AWD car and your almost unstoppable in the winter, sloppy handling and like every snow tire get noisier the more miles you put on them.

Pros: unstoppable in winter
Cons: sloppy handling, get noisier

Hankook Tires

If you want good ones but not pay premium price, go for second tier brands Nordman (Nokian), Kleber (Michelin), Firestone (Bridgestone) or Hankook (independent).

Last time I bought tires they were Hankooks. Came 2nd (or something) in a test by Tekniikan Maailma.

Pros: good, not premium price

Hankook Tires

I have the Hankook and they’re as quiet or more than OEM. They were also the best priced and had the longest tread wear rating.

Pros: quiet, best priced

BRIDGESTONE Tires

Get Bridgestone Blizzak WS-90 for cars, DM-V2 for SUVs. Don't buy "performance" snow tires, they aren't real snow tires.

Pros: good for snow
Cons: not performance tires
Part number: DM-V2

BRIDGESTONE Tires

Honestly I think it's bad business for Bridgestone to ship such crap tires on this vehicle, since it's turned me off from buying any Bridgestone tire in the future.

Cons: crap tires, bad business
Vehicle: Volkswagen
Mileage: 10000 km
