I had GY Duratracs on my 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee. For the most part I really liked them. Not sure I would say that if they didn't see some offroad though because they were pretty noisy at highway speeds. In the snow and ice, they were amazing. Best tires I've ever had in that type of weather. Also did quite well in mud. The sidewalls were too soft for me to feel comfortable in the rocks though.

Pros: amazing in snow and ice
Cons: noisy at highway speeds

We have Duratracs on our LR3 and they have performed very well for us. They are just now getting noisier but have a lot of miles on them. Snow traction is really good, we've gone up hilly unplowed driveways with them and they went through it with no problem.

Pros: snow traction is good
Cons: getting noisier
Vehicle: Land Rover

I have some Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor tires and they have been fantastic on my Xterra. I have about 50K miles on them and they still have some tread life left. Work really well in the snow and have been great when we get downpours.

Pros: work well in snow
Vehicle: Nissan
Mileage: 50000 km

Goodyear Tires

I run goodyear eagle F1 asymmetric 2 on my car. Good for between £70-80 per tyre.

My friend had them on his fiesta st which was putting out 300ft lbs of torque and he had no issues. Also great in the rain.

Pros: great in the rain

Goodyear Tires

Continental Extreme Contact for winter and Goodyear Eagle Sport all season. Was expecting to remove the seasonal tires but have not done so in last 2 years. Seventy percent highway/ thirty city. Very good tire in snow and ice. Was not expecting that. Benefits: gas mileage up about 50km per tank, better handling on pavement (less mushy on highway) due to less sipes in tread. Great handling less body roll, crisp cornering.

Pros: better handling on pavement
Cons: less sipes in tread

yes really, quiet, grips just fine for a daily driver golf, and cheap ($224 for the set) I spent more money on my first set of tires, and realized i didn't need them. These fit my need perfectly.

Pros: quiet, grips just fine
Cons: cheap

I had a set on a 2008 F-250 work truck. Wore down quickly ~15K miles and unevenly. Felt like hard plastic chunks when cold, noisy, no off road traction. Had one blow out at about 60 mph and later on I had another tire get a tumbleweed puncture in the sidewall. They were trash. Swapped them out for a proper set of tires.

Cons: wore quickly, uneven wear, hard when cold, noisy, no off-road traction, blowouts, punctures
Vehicle: Ford
Mileage: 15000 km
