BUT THEY WERE BOTH AWESOME RUBBER, AND YOU COULD DRIVE STRAIGHT UP ANYWHERE

All season neki srednji segment je bolji od nizeg segmenta zimskih i letnjih. Npr Fulda all season je dobra.

I've had Gislaved Nordfrost 200...My favorites were the Gislaved and will be getting new ones this year.

For a good balance of LONG wear and good grip I've been getting Gislaved NordFrosts. Those things seriously take four winters of high mileage, mostly bare pavement commuting to wear out.

Pros: long wear, good grip, durable

I have 215/40R17 fulda sport control 2 on my 320i coupe on replica alpina wheels, i dont know the sizes.. but combined with bilstein b12 coilovers and z3M steering rack its like a go kart

I used to drive Gislaved studded tires in my Tuscon for 2yrs, great tires.

Pros: great tires

Cons: noisey ride

I myself also have allseason, Fulda Multicontrol. So far in those conditions you described they perform allright, but you need to be careful. I’m still not fully convinced to take them to direct snow since I have tried to cross some purely snowy areas and they get stuck.

This does happen with the Fulda Kristall Montero 3. This tire has been around quite a while so this is likely happening because of age. It doesn't seem to have very much dry rot so they'll probably make it till the winter!

this winter my Fulda winter tires drove me nuts when they developed some stupid humming noise. Not to mention a friend of a friend had the same Fuldas and chunks of the tread just blew apart.
