RS-RR will have more grip without a doubt the price is quite good for what you get however keep in mind these tires are loud as shit like really really loud.
Federal 595 RS-R. It's a very well priced tyre.
I have slightly stretched Federal RS-RRs that still grip as much as the meaty Hankook V12s I used to run. Very affordable, but I've heard they're very poor in the rain.
Federal FZ-201 M tires. They were as fast as my used Hoosier R7s on the same course. Ended up about 1 second faster on a 1:15 lap vs the R7s. Fairly communicative towards the limits. On Auto Cross they were very sticky.
Tires: Federal 595 rear / Cooper Zeon RS3-A front
Works pretty well for me. I run 2.3" Maxxis DHR II.
I use them daily for about 2 years now in SoCal. Daily drive them. I do fine at track days on them and they lasted quite a long time. Now they are pretty loud however but eh kinda get used to them.
I just run cheap studded federal himalaya ws2 (235/45/16) on 9x18 wheels. But im dealing with ice not snow.
Federals are good but if you are daily driving you will hate how much noise those bastards make, really really fast.
I was thinking about running 185/60-13's for a while. All that I could find where Federal 595 and Achilles 122 which are both ****ty tires.
