Tires Falken or Tesla

Falkens, better ride and last longer than BFG or Nitto.

I have Walken Wildpeaks A/T 255/55-18 Tires on my 23 MYP. Bought from Tsportline with their overland pkg. Not much range hit and no need to change any speedo.

wild peak, at4 I live in the snow and they work

I’ve been liking my wildpeaks at4s. Haven’t had damage off-roading only puncture I’ve had was a roof nail on the road.

I have the same tires. On smaller aftermarket rims but they’ve been a great tire. I’ll get the same tires again this spring.

One of my stock tires finally decided to kick the bucket, so I replaced them with a set of Falken Wildpeak A/T Trails. So far I like them, they’re the same size as the stock tires, but the handling is superb (especially in rain and on gravel). A little more road noise and a bit of reduction in gas mileage, but I’m cool with it.

I went with Wildpeak AT Trail because highway driving is my priority, with occasional drives on the beach and gentle Forest Service roads. I see a lot of soft-roading in this sub-reddit they can handle.

I absolutely loved my wildpeaks, yea, the ride is slightly harsher, but I do a fair amount of offroad driving and snow driving, so I'm ok with that. That being said I found 2 issues, 1, they got loud as hell about halfway through their lifecycle, like, to the point id reconsider buying again, 2. They stated cracking and chipping really bad at about 6 years.

I can’t believe that for $33,000, They come with shitty ass Falken tires.

I put Falken Ziex (65k) on a Honda Civic 10th Gen. didn’t even make it to 40k. Never again. Rotated every oil change (5k). I know the heat had something to do with it (Florida) but the streets here are smooth as butter.
