Tires Falken or Sailun

They are very grippy on dry (I'm using 205/45/17), steering response is fantastic, very direct. On wet they seem fine, though I'm driving very cautiously on wet.

You can get new Sailun tires for less than $115each from Big O Tires. They are good tires for the money, basically designed to do exactly what you need. New safe tires that fit a tight budget.

great tyres that hang on without much fuss as much as I want them to occasionally and very good in the wet.

They've performed fantastic for daily driving and the odd track day.

96% as good as pilot sports but $100 ea less.

That being said my experience says that the Sailun are a better choice. I have had less comebacks with this brand.

They hold air, haven't gotten popped, and seem to be holding up better than brand new goodyear wrangler tires and new bf Goodrich tires I've had to buy.

They're fine. They're not the latest in terms of tech, but they have solid wear/traction and are safe and reliable. I used some before when it was the only thing in stock. Worked fine.

I put some cheap all seasons on my Fiesta ST (sailuns) and they were fine until it snowed and it was like I was trying to drive on summer tires in winter. Then they couldn't handle a single pothole, within a year I tossed the whole set because I blew one out and saw I had a bubble in two other tires on the insides from potholes.
