I just got KO2’s on my 21 sport, I had falken wildpeaks and I will say, the Falkens were basically silent compared to the Ko2’s and performed really well in the snow
I had a set of 215 Toyo Open Country AT3s and ran them for 60k miles until getting a set of 235 Falken Wildpeaks. I’m only about 18k miles in to the Falken but so far so great. Much better in snow however, but not flawless, don’t forget your recovery gear lol
The falken wildpeaks all trail tires are great. I have them on my 24 sport right now. They’re much quieter then the KO2’s and weigh significantly less. The decrease in rotating mass would relieve the stress of running heavy tires such as the KO2’s.
Super happy with them. Much quieter than expected and super grippy. Significantly lighter than the Falkans.
I drove about 100,000 miles in the Midwest on wild peaks in every driving condition, I was very happy with them. Extremely grippy.
I replaced mine with Falken Aklimate. I highly recommend, improved cornering, highway, and it just feels good on the road. I like the design as well!
I’m on my second set of nittos and they have been great got around 60k out of the first set they are nice and quiet for a aggressive tire and I never had any problems in the rain also great in mud and snow
New tires. Got 63k miles from Toyos, decided to switch to Falken.
I replaced my factory tires at only 9000 miles. then I purchased falcon wildpeaks that wore down so fast that I was able to prorate the tire warranty at only 18,000 miles usage.
When I got my TRD Pro that came with the stock nittos I couldn’t stand the road noise, immediately swapped them out for K02s and it was a world of a difference, I haven’t run other popular tires but I would never recommend the nittos after my experience.
