Tires Falken or Kumho

Kumho Tires

I actually just grabbed a set of Kumho solus 4s all weather for Canadian driving and I absolutely love them on my awd suv! It was between those and the falcon wildpeak AT trail …both had great reviews so I went with the Kumho because slightly cheaper and I think I can see myself buying these again

Pros: absolutely love them
Cons: slightly cheaper

I have them on my 23 Limited OR. I replaced my stock ones with these 35x11.50R20 D rated tires immediately. They ride great and are quiet. Perform well both on and off-road.

I have had these tires on a 4Runner as well. They are my go to now over BFG AT which I ran on many vehicles.

I have 15k on them and they show very little wear at all.

Pros: ride great, quiet
Cons: little wear
Mileage: 15000 km

Wildpeaks are amazing tires. Yes your mileage will decrease but the security on the road in any condition is worth it.

Pros: security on the road
Cons: mileage will decrease

I have the wild peak hts on my company truck. Probably 1500lbs heavier than stock with the cap and tools.

Tires ride fantastic. Quiet. Great in snow in rain.

Pros: ride fantastic, quiet

Falken Tires

I’ve had them on my 17 for about a year, but went up one size. Great performance in wet conditions, which was my priority. Handled well in the snow also, although only got one snow day so far.

Pros: great performance in wet

I have them on my 19 with 20" wheels, 34" total tire size, D load rated. I love these tires. On my previous truck I got over 50k with them and they are great in the wet field I park in where I hunt, and equally good in the snow. Highly recommend.

Pros: great in wet, good in snow
Mileage: 50000 km

Falken Tires

I've got about 15,000 miles on mine so far, and they are still holding up pretty well. Easily 65-75% tread left, and I use them year round. The right rear is a bit of a "rolling hardware store," though, and has a couple screws in it... Got about 3 winters on them, mostly do city/highway driving, but have to drive through a swamp/lake to get to work with a lot higher frequency than I'd like, and they do fantastic in every situation except for wet glare ice under slush.

Pros: holding up pretty well
Cons: screws in it
Mileage: 24140 km

Falken Eurowinter tires are crap...

Had a new set on one of my old URS6's...they had about the same traction as a good all season. My half worn Pirelli Sottozero's were superior in every way.

Pros: Pirelli Sottozero's superior
Cons: traction as all season
