Tires Cooper or KENDA
Dropped less than 10% when we got rid of the Nexens and put on Coopers All Terrain tyres. We did this mostly because we live on dirt roads and had four punctures in four months with the Nexus. The range drop is negligible and the car handles so much better on dirt and sealed roads.
Kenda Bearclaw HTRs are some of the longest lasting tires out there.
Cooper AT3 4S on my 4runner, best tires I have had for daily driver and crosscountry trips for desert off-roading and snow off-roading. Great price, last long, low highway noise, Made in USA.
My coopers are great. Handle great in the rain and snow, not a lot of road noise and look great on my suburban.
Cooper Discoverer AT3. The XLT model adds more sidewall beef.
Ran Discoverer AT3s on my 4Runner and they were amazing, very comfortable/quiet and didn't mess with my gas mileage like some of the chunkier all-terrains tend to.
I’m a fan of the cooper atts I put on my awd outlander have a decent warranty as well.
I've always used Cooper Tires on all my 4*4 and AWD vehicles. Quite pricey but outstanding mileage and grip - the grip goes from great to phenomenal depending on the tire you choose
I'd do a SpeedKing 2.2 rear with a Kenda Sabre Pro TR 2.4 front.
Kenda is shit when you skid regurarly. I had one and I could see the yellow rope all around the tire after 2 days.
