Tires Continental or Sailun

Continental Tires

I went with the continental DWS06+ and they grip like a mother fucker regardless of temp unlike the stock perelli’s that offered ZERO confidence.

Pros: grip like a mother
Cons: stock perelli's zero confidence
Vehicle: Ford

For the mix of highway, logging roads, gravel, and winter stuff you’re seeing, something like the Continental TerrainContact A/T hits that sweet spot not as loud or aggressive as full A/Ts, but way tougher than the stock rubber and really solid in rain and light snow.

Pros: solid in rain, light snow
Cons: not full off-road tire

Continental Tires

Most likely a Continental or Prelli or possibly a Michelin. From other tires experience on a variety of vehicles, those three brands we have had the best performance compared to their reviews and pricing points.

Pros: best performance
Cons: pricing points
Vehicle: Audi A5

I'm on GP 4 seasons and they've been great for 7000km and counting. I really should have bought them again. They're a bit worn but they can still hang on for a few more months.

Pros: great for 7000km
Cons: a bit worn
Mileage: 7000 km

No way. They are far too expensive for commuting duties. I commuted 8000km this year which would have required an expensive tire change just over halfway through (I get about 5-6000km out of the GP5000s I run on my road bike). The Contact Urbans I use instead for commuting aren't *that* much slower, but they're *far* more durable (over 11,000km on my current set and still going strong) and *much* cheaper to boot.

Pros: more durable, much cheaper
Cons: GP5000 too expensive
Mileage: 8000 km

I ride the GP 4 Season 700x28 in urban Memphis, TN, US with tons of glass, potholes, and debris. I find them to be the "sweet spot" balance of puncture/rolling resistance. They don't feel quite as quick as GP5000s to me but far far better than gatorskins, or armadillos, or other "tough" tires.

Pros: balance of puncture/rolling resistance
Cons: not as quick as GP5000s

Yeah, no problems, not a single puncture with the GP5000. In contrast, I recently tried Conti RIDE tour and ooh myy good, the traction is garbage compared to the GP5000. Instantly bought other tires.

Pros: no punctures with GP5000
Cons: Conti RIDE tour garbage traction

Sailun Tires

Mileage: 20000 km

Gonna get new continentals tomorrow. There is cracking in the middle as well in between the groves that's just as bad so just gonna get it replaced before snow and cold temps come.

Cons: cracking in the middle
