Tires Continental or OEM Volkswagen

I have those Continental tires. I like them, but I might not be the best tester. I do spirited drives on the weekends. They're good on turns but I recently started spinning on launches (bought tires summer 2017). Lots of road noise, but doesn't bother me. I bought my car with those tires and bought them again. I have nothing to compare them. That being said... I would give them an 8/10.

They are comparable to the continental road attack 3 , but they are cheaper and last longer , road attack is supposed to be more sticky , but that extra stickyness come in handy only if you have a bike that's significantly stronger than the SV imo.

Continental DWS, best tire for the money in my opinion

So far I think the continentals transition response actually matches MINIs personality better, despite it having lower absolutely grip.

Mines a daily driver and I run continentals for snow and heavy rain. The only way your slipping with them is if your trying to.

I love my Sports. This summer will be my second season on my current set. Only have about 11k on them so far.

The Sports are a phenomenal tire though. They handle my IS38 with ease and boy do they feel amazing in the mountains.

I agree, they are a phenomenal tire that is very well rounded.

Decided to bump it up 5 to 245/40/20 and 275/35/20 and try some Continental ExtremeContact tires. Tested them out and noticed the faster I go the more floaty or the feeling that the car is 30 feet long (aka 1980's boat sized cars). Is this from what I've read that the sidewalls are softer on continental tires?

Stock Contis are history at 30K The roaring inside the cabin due to cupping has become unbearable, so I wear foam earplugs and my shooting muffs over them.
