Tires Continental or Laufenn

Only have experience with continental among the 4 brands, and immediately love the MC7 range. I was never loyal to a brand until I tried this. Quiet, stable, grip well, everything I want from a tire.

Eu mi-am luat Continental AllSeason Contact 2 și sunt foarte mulțumit. Doar că le am de 1 luna :), deci nu știu cum se comportă iarna.

A set of 4 almost new Borbet N 18x8 ET 44 57.1 wheels with 225 40 18 92Y XL Continental Premium Contact 7 Summer tires. Perfect condition. About 3k miles on the set. Tire DOT is 1025. Wheels are 57.1 hubcentric and mount using the factory lug bolts. I love the bronze finish. It gets lots of compliments

I wound up with Conti Premium Contact 7 and I'm quite happy. Wearing faster than expected but I think that down to me needing an alignment oops ????

I agree with the continental recommendation. I have the continentals on my 2014 ML350. 20,000 in wearing evenly, rotating every 6,000

Improved ride and noise but not handling. More lean left and right.

I had this issue with four new Continental PureContacts almost two years ago. I had one blow out the side wall from a small pothole. Had it replaced and that one got a bubble in the sidewall. Had that one replaced and that one and another original got a bubble. No potholes hit, correct psi, etc. DT replaced them all with Michelin Defenders. I've hit some bad pot holes in Dallas highways and they have held up strong. Apparently Continental has had issues with sidewalls being weak due to cure time. It's unfortunate because they were so quiet, great traction in the rain and comfortable. I don't think I'd risk going with Continental again.
