Honda worked with Bridgestone to make the RE92 tire for the very efficient Honda Insight.

Made roughly a 10mpg difference vs other tires.

Blizzaks are better than X-Ice for snow.

Blizzaks are better in snow, especially deeper snow, but are noisier.

I have been super impressed with my Bridgestone blizzark ws 90s.

I've had Hakkas, X-Ice and Blizzaks.

Blizzaks seemed to degrade the worst of the bunch and performance fell off faster than the X-ice and hakkas.

Do NOT buy Firestone Tigerpaws. Under the blue white wall protection is a 1" "whitewall" that the carbon in the rubber penetrates right thru. They are tobacco brown in just a few days. Garbage product.

My biggest complaint was the Bridgestone tires. I had two replace two tires in the 2.5 years that I had this car. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for a replacement to arrive.
