OEM Mazda Spark plug

I bought a 19’ Premium at 17 it’s a great little car beat the shit out of it for 4 years straight and it runs amazing still. Handles well in the winter as long as you have clearance it’ll get you there in one piece. Regular maintenance along with trans fluid change, spark plugs, brakes, diff fluid change. I’d recommend a cpo premium . Great value.

Pros: runs amazing, handles well

OEM Mazda Spark plug

I would recommend that if you get one do a full service fluid change on everything. Change the coolant, the trans fluid, diff fluid, oil (10w30 or 10w40, do NOT use the 5w20 reccomended). You'll also want to set aside $80-90 for new spark plugs, and upgrade the coil packs to LS coils from Bennet Built whenever you can. Coils need to be replaced about every 30k miles.

Pros: strong rotary, mechanically inclined
Cons: everything is breaking, plastics dry
Vehicle: Mazda
Mileage: 73000 km

Eu tenho dois Honda Jazz. As manutenções são super baratas e os carros nunca avariam. Melhores carros de sempre... Até chegar à altura de trocar as velas... Sim, são a 40 euros cada. Preço normal.

Pros: manutenções super baratas
Cons: velas a 40 euros

So I decided to I replaced my spark plugs. There was a ton of carbon build up in the first cylinder, and oil on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th spark cylinders, including the spark plugs. It’s running way smoother now but there is still some jerking but it’s not as violent as before.

Pros: running way smoother
Cons: still some jerking

Yes, a bad spark plug, incorrect type of spark plug, or a wide spark plug gap can cause a coil to fail. If electrical resistance in the secondary ignition circuit is too high the coil must generate a higher voltage to fire the plug.

Pros: good quality brand name
Cons: cheap ignition coil

Only issue I’ve had is having 2 spark plugs blow out. The first time required a replacement head and the second was fixed with a helicoil. Most reliable vehicle I have owned.

Pros: most reliable vehicle
Cons: spark plugs blow out

2004 1.4 Jazz. 225.000 kms approximately. It is OK but the idling is poor (having done a valve clearance and changed spark plugs and coils). Meh…..it is still holding so I’m hoping for 100.000 kms more

Pros: still holding
Cons: idling is poor
Vehicle: Honda Jazz
Mileage: 225000 km
