Spark plug Denso or OEM Volkswagen

Denso Spark plug

OEM are actually cheaper than a lot of aftermarket plugs. Buy from a place like bell Lexus or just get the denso branded equivalent. They last hundreds of thousands of miles in some cases, so OE has certainly proved its worth

Pros: last hundreds of thousands miles
Cons: cheaper aftermarket plugs
Vehicle: Lexus

Ive been running eBay denso plugs for 4 plug changes. You need to read reviews and look at the packaging to make sure they're not counterfeit. They've lasted me and performed exactly as they should.

Pros: lasted and performed
Vehicle: Toyota

I have a 2012 Civic LX (purchased new) and replaced the original spark plugs at 100k miles with **Denso 3483 (DXU22HCR-D11S)**—which were listed as compatible on RockAuto at the time. I’ve had great results and am now at 200k miles, looking to replace them with the same.

Pros: great results
Vehicle: Honda Civic
Mileage: 100000 km
Part number: 3483 (DXU22HCR-D11S)

There is a noticeable improvement in performance when I cross over into the next country and refuel. This is what my denso iridium plugs look like after 20k km. I had a misfire. New plugs today, and the misfire is gone

Pros: noticeable performance improvement
Cons: misfire, poor fuel
Mileage: 20000 km

Denso Spark plug

Denso or NGk for anything and everything preferably dual ground spark plugs. I would get them rockauto as they have the best price and you can get the OEM brand.

Pros: best price, OEM brand

Denso Spark plug

They look good but if the vehicle has 83k, they were replaced before, Denso is OE on toyota and Autolite are shit plugs so no way they were in since the car was brand new.

Pros: look good
Cons: shit plugs
Vehicle: Toyota
Mileage: 133575 km

OEM Volkswagen Spark plug

I just came across a recent problem while doing my spark plugs at 80,000 miles. The dealership was the one that did my spark plugs at 40,000 miles. Sure enough, they broke Cylinder 3\u2019s wiring harness connector to the coil pack and stripped the bolt. I had to helicoil the bolt, replace the connector, and repin the connector.

Pros: connector replaced, bolt helicoiled
Cons: connector broken, bolt stripped
Vehicle: Volkswagen
Mileage: 128748 km
