DENSO , Iridium Long Life, SK20HPR-L11 Spark Plug
I would stick with the specd Denso, leave the coils alone.
Went in to find some non R plugs today. He popped the rabbit into the system and said "we've got Champion N11YC, non resistive in stock.
I recently was having a misfire in cylinders 2/3, and new plugs and ignition coils cleared it up.
I got champion copper core for my 5.7 hemi which was what the factory had in it. I changed them at 68k and they probably could have gone another 68k they looked virtually new.Ran like a champ and I got them with rebates and at the end of the day they were 1.00 each.
DENSO ZXE24HLR7 is also an excellent OE plug.
In a pinch I use champions.
I highly recommend avoiding anything other than exactly what is specified in your owners manual, I currently have bad gas mileage because I was too curious to see if the desno two tip would do as good as the other stuff.
definitely not ok, they are spent, also Denso>NgK any day of the week
The previous owner had installed some Denso IKH24's that looked..... disgusting. In fact, I have NO CLUE how the car ran as well as it did, as the tips from the Denso plugs were gone, and the gap was 0.055. The car still had a slight miss after I did the coils last month which prompted me to replace the plugs.
