I have always used the denso iridiums for big turbo use. They are a bit cooler then the BKR7E, and they last forever, no fiddling around with plugs. I even have had the head off the car and left the same damn plugs in it lol. Ya, they are more expensive, but I like the convenience of just never touching them.

Pros: last forever, very convenient
Cons: more expensive

I decided to go with the Denso Iridium Spark Plugs Part # 5304#4 and am VERY happy with them. My car runs better than it ever has. These plugs were a little expensive but still less than what the dealer wanted for OEM plugs. I definitely recommend them!

Pros: car runs better, highly recommended
Cons: a little expensive
Part number: 5304#4

I once had to use 99 cent Champion plugs in my car for a few months when I was flat broke. They worked fine but didn't last long.

Pros: worked fine
Cons: didn't last long

At this point it's only showing symptoms after idling for 30 seconds or more (and even then not every time), like while waiting at a stop light. Only in first gear, second and beyond have no hesitation. This evening I swapped out the almost new Denso plugs (correct gap) and the problem seems absent.

Cons: hesitation after idling, symptoms in first gear
Vehicle: Volkswagen Fox

All the recommended denso plugs have the wrong gap. They list 1.1mm gap for the 2.0t The recommended gap should be .7 to .8 mm Plus the "20" heat range misfired a lot in the cold for me (about 20 deg F)

Cons: wrong gap, misfired in cold
