Champion Spark plug

I have a Champion 20 Ton model with the 196cc engine. I have used it for 5 years, splitting about 35-40 cords. The only issue I have had is I had to replace the spark plug once. The engine still works well but just in case I bought a direct replacement Power Fist Chonda engine for $229 CDN.

Pros: engine works well
Cons: spark plug replacement

use beru plugs rather than Bosch, a lot of Bosch plugs sold for this application has the wrong heat range which can cause misfires.

Pros: correct heat range
Cons: wrong heat range

Champion Spark plug

Champion iridium. Champion makes the Mopar plugs. It's the closest thing to the original plugs without having to spend $30/plug.

Pros: closest to original
Cons: expensive original plugs

BERU Spark plug

I swapped out the oem plugs for Beru rs7 plugs when I went APR stage 2 at ~3k miles. The car ran well. Fast forward to the present with over 18k miles and is20 swap, and I noticed a few stumbles at idle. Nothing major but I figured I'd change them since APR recommends 10-15k mile intervals (visually the Beru plugs looked fine).

Pros: car ran well
Cons: stumbles at idle
Mileage: 18000 km
