KYB G shocks on mine f100 and they are absolutely butter
I put KYB monomax from Rock Auto they were a really great deal and feel great about a year later (almost 20k miles on em).
I recommend KYB shocks but not the Gas a Just ones. Swapped the oem ones out of my Wrangler and installed the silver ones. Rode a lot smoother, and Not expensive.
I found on a forum that rear springs for the 2009-2012 Vera Cruz fit the Santa Fe and give it approximately a one inch lift over stock and a much superior spring rate. Along with a new set of KYB gas shocks it changed the ride of the vehicle drastically for the better.
I just lowered my wife's car (per her request) on H&R springs with new kyb shocks. It rides a bit stiffer (as expected) but no issues with rubbing or alignment. The turn-in response is greatly improved as well as body roll reduction.
I replaced my Mazda RX8s struts with kyb gas-a-just shocks and really like them! For a rwd sports car that I occasionally autocross they haven’t let me down!
Yo compre KYB para un CRV y despues de 40k kilometros siento que tome la mejor decision.
I've used them before a couple of times. They're decent for the price just don't expect high end performance valving in them. If all you do is daily drive it to work and back home and do your shopping in it. They are 100% fine and perfect for that if you wanted more of a GT car.
Happy with the cheap kyb gas a just shocks I have on my c1500 for the money but I prefer bilsteins and have had them in many vehicles.
I commuted a short distance on my KYBs and never really noticed an issue. Then I started commuting 40 miles each way on them, and I realized just how terrible they are. I think there is an old adage on one of the forums that KYB stands for “Kill Your Back”. Cant recommend them.
