I suggested KYB Gas-a-just shocks. Not to expensive and they are a great mix of comfort and sportyness
Monroe Severe Service shocks front and rear. I've had them on my 1999 Crown Victoria Base Model since August 2020.
So I kinda disagree with him about Amazon, example my Monroe shocks are from Amazon and they are still doing great years later.
My 94 i put kyb from rock auto on the front and rear i really like them. Of course anything was better then factory set that were 30 years old lol.
As far as selection goes, you can choose from ANY grade of part in most cases. Their parts don't break in two-weeks if you know your brands: KYB for shocks.
You got time to shop around. Just don't get any bad aftermarket ones. KYB or Mazda OEM.
I also installed new KYB shocks (which seem to make the car sit rather high in my opinion).
For stock, I've heard decent things about Monroe shocks.
I replaced my with Monroe’s and it feels liked they’re already going out again.
Just put those same ones on my 96 f250 and they're soft AF.
