I've had mine on for a month now, in my opinion the ride is very firm...but not bouncy. Exactly what I wanted. The ride height is perfect, it's obvious that it is lowered (two fingers from tire to wheel arch), but still daily drivable.

Pros: ride is very firm
Cons: gravel road sucked

I replaced them with Koni SRT.T with H&R Springs for the same money.... moral of the story... if you're going to buy coils, dont cheap out.

Pros: Koni SRT.T, H&R Springs
Cons: cheap coils don't last

Koni shocks are the best you can get without spending 3.5k on a set of racing coil-overs. I have them, yes they are that good

Pros: best performance, high quality
Vehicle: Mazda

I'm running Koni STR.T's with FRPP K springs on my mustang and have been happy with them overall - still do wish I spent a little more on the adjustable's but for the price I can't really say anything bad.

Pros: happy with them overall
Cons: wish I spent more

I don't know if it will be the same for the Mustang, but on my GTI I have Koni STrt shocks and they certainly are not OEM+, they are about as stiff as the Koni yellows on the 3rd click up from the softest, they make for a rough ride combined with stiffer springs like the H&R race springs I run. As far as how they have held up they have been on there for about and year including one Upstate New York winter and they still perform the same, They have begun to make a squeaking noise over harsh bumps and I've noticed a little seepage at the top but the housings have next to no rust, no complaints.

Pros: still perform the same, no rust
Cons: rough ride, squeaking noise
Vehicle: Volkswagen

I have installed the shocks/springs for month and have decided to sell the vehicle due to new family member arriving soon. These transformed the car. Really nice set up. Smooth ride and handles really nice. Sticks to the highway very well.

Pros: smooth ride, handles nicely
Mileage: 200 km

At 100,000km I did Koni STR.T shocks, Eibach springs and a Progress rear sway bar. It's a riot to drive with decent tires now however I'm not overly impressed with the Konis, they don't have the best small-bump feel but the car feels ridiculously planted 100% of the time and stays flat through corners.

Pros: car feels ridiculously planted
Cons: not the best small-bump
Vehicle: Mazda 3
Mileage: 100000 km
